Dutch open 4 Staphorst is one to forget. The track was pretty good and I felt okay, but it realy wasn't my day. In the first heat I ran into the back of someone in the fist bend and miraculously I managed to stay on and the race went on. 2 Laps later I had to retire because my chain went of. The back end of the bike was pretty low to te ground. Turns out I broke my rear swingarm, where the suspension attaches to. With the mechanics working hard on that bike I rode the next one on my spare bike. It all went pretty well, but than I got extra grip and the bike lifted pretty hard. I was able to get the wheels back on the ground, but at the moment the front wheel touched again I went over the handlebars.
Result of the day, a concusion and some bruses.. luck wasn't on anyones side as the race got canceld because of the rain.
