You prepare your starting gate and hope it will be enough to beat the rest to the first corner. Full throttle, you dump the clutch, you shift at exactly the right moment and shoulder to shoulder you steer into the first corner. Whilst still in the first corner you are already thinking two ahead. Four laps maximum concentration while not thinking too much, you are performing on and sometimes over the limit after all. Once you finish your heartbeat will be around 180 bpm minimun and adrenaline rushes trough your body for the next thirty minutes.
